Der monoton und linear ablaufende Lernprozess sollte variablen Unterrichtsmethoden Platz machen. LOWYCK und ELEN charakterisieren die enge Verbindung der beiden Theorien (behavioristisch/ kognitivistisch) innerhalb der Instruktionstheorie folgendermaßen: "Both the behaviouristic origins and the general systems theory strongly influenced the outlook of the ID [...]. While in ID the design parameters are selected from a behaviouristic framework, the process is structured in line with general systems theory." |
